About our holiday park
A place with a special purpose
The story of...
Het Beloofde Land
Het Beloofde Land began with a dream: a place where families can enjoy a holiday, find rest and encounter God. Enjoying time together and building friendships are at its heart.
When the plot of land on the edge of the Veluwe was found, the name was immediately clear: Het Beloofde Land – the Promised Land.
From campsite to family park
The simple Christian campsite grew into a family park. Many families return year after year for the wooded surroundings, the hospitality and the opportunity to share their faith.
New phase – familiar mission
In 2017, Rein and Henrieke van Woerden took over the park. With new accommodations and renewed facilities, they continue its Christian mission: a paradise for children, an oasis for parents.

Our team
Rein and Henrieke run the park together with their daughters Sarah-Maria and Naomi, and their new little campsite dog Jopie. Fortunately, they don't do it alone.

More than words...
What makes Het Beloofde Land a Christian park?
Love, respect and care shape the way we treat one another. Our faith also has a place in the holiday programme: from Bible studies and Sing-In to inspiring campsite church services. Children can enjoy the kids club and children’s theatre.
Here everything is well kept, you are free, you feel safe, the people are friendly and you experience connection.
